Cabin vacation rentals in Tjörn Municipality

This home is a five star plus. The view, the yard, the sauna, the hot tub, the simple and lovely decor all contributed to a wonderful two week vacation for my husband and I. During our stay we had a minor medical emergency and Peter responded with support, suggestions and care. We felt completely taken care of thanks to Peter and his neighbors. We waited 2 years to be able to stay here and it was worth the wait. We will definitely return!

We traveled by train and bus only and Erica and James' place is quite walking distance. Bikes are very convenient and the area is very well served by bus. We had a great stay of several nights with Erica and James, two very discreet, available and attentive people. The hot tub was very nice! We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises, thank you!

Cozy place! Great views and views from the house and terrace. Large oak with swing on the terrace, was appreciated by the children in the company. Walking distance to Småholmarna, great sea bathing. Afternoon and evening sun on the terrace for dinner. Peaceful place!

Annika and Jonas hosted us at their beautiful seaside estate with multiple housing units. All houses were booked for the weekend but they are all spread out and privacy was not an issue at all. Easy self check in at arrival and a personal welcoming to go through some specifics. It’s evident they’ve put much effort into making the tiny house a relaxing escape with all you need to feel at home right from the start. Access to shared seaside dock and sauna was a wonderful addition to the secluded and private deck at the house with a hot tub and grill. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Hällesdalen gård with us - looking forward to coming back again soon!

Everything was great, when you go in you feel as comfortable as at home. Communication was very nice and fast. We were provided with a high chair and children's toys, which the little one liked😊. We also liked the "starter set" provided. At the beginning, the accommodation would be completely shown and explained to us where we can find what. There is even a separate website where you can read everything in detail. Everything was clean and as described and corresponded to the photos. You can also get to Gothenburg very quickly. The spa pool is great🥰. Everything has been thought of in the accommodation: bicycles, bathrobe, kitchen equipment, hammock, cushions for the terrace. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you for the effort and the time we were allowed to be there.

We had some wonderful days in this paradise. Such a beautiful place and cozy accommodation. We barely wanted to go home.

We were warmly welcomed by Annika and Jonas. The little house is equipped with all the comforts and feels very homely. We enjoyed the view, the hot tub, swimming in the sea, kayaking, sitting on the terrace and the lovely cats. Annika and Jonas were there for us immediately if we needed anything. It is a beautiful spot on the coast, a place we would love to return to.

This was a great layover for us arriving in Sweden. We had an easy time communicating with Erika and the place was as described and perfect for the night we needed to rest before continuing our travels through beautiful Sweden. I recommend the Marsstrand Koön Hiking Trails nearby. Its a small drive from Erikas place and its a beautiful 4-5km Hike through stoney outcrops with leftover cold war artillery and a castle to look at. Very lovely, peaceful and scenic area altogether.

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. The key safe made the arrival flexible and easy. The car could be parked directly in front of the house. Everything was clean and very welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The terrace is fully enclosed, so our dog could move freely. The surrounding area is a small residential complex. In September, however, only a few people were there. So it was super quiet and relaxing. You could walk to the water in 5 minutes and look over a fantastic landscape. Ulrika is a great landlady. She responded immediately to questions and drew our attention to highlights. Thank you for the great and relaxing time!

We stayed a week in the small but fine cabin. Two adults and one dog can find a wonderful place there. We especially liked quiet nature and the beautiful surroundings. With my sup I was on the water for hours in good weather, just great! One day we borrowed Marie's kayak, which worked great. Overall, of course, rather a small house, but with a lot of charm and everything you need!

Wonderful place to enjoy the nature and rest. Both inside and the surroundings are great and chilling. The host is very communicative and we will be glad to come back 🙂

We had a very nice week with nice weather, Marika showed us her favorite swimming spots.

The house, a beautiful little wooden house, is located in the middle of the forest. From the large, bright windows you can observe nature. Nothing obstructs the view. The furnishings are tasteful and functional. The terrace in front of the house invites you to just sit and enjoy the tranquility. Directly behind the house you can start a hike in the forest or drive a few minutes by car. There are some worthwhile excursion destinations in the area that are also suitable for families with younger children. However, the focus is always on exploring nature on foot. Various bathing places by the sea can also be reached after a short drive. In addition, Gothenburg is only a half hour drive away. We had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings.

We love Maria's house and were there for the second time. The location by the sea is fantastic, there are many swimming spots. The rooms are bright and friendly, the kitchen is super equipped. The nearest supermarket is within easy reach. Communication with Maria was fantastic, she is very friendly and responds quickly. The island of Tjörn offers wonderful excursion destinations, Gothenburg is not too far away. It's been wonderful days...

Amazing cabin with proximity to just about everything! Kaj was very helpful and we couldn't have had a better week at Marstrand. Would love to come back!

A nice and cozy house with fully equipped kitchen and very nice owners. We have found everything we wished for - the farm, the environment, it is calm and optimal for a family with kids. Definitely will return back next year.

A fantastic home, with a great view. Peaceful, homely & child friendly. The house was clean and had all the amenities you can imagine. Check in and out were a breeze. The patio was magical with the view of the ocean! The tubing offered cozy walks between beautiful houses and cliffs. We are super happy with the stay! Here we come back to! Beautiful cozy vacation home. Comfortable, if it is a little colder you can turn on the stove and in good weather you can eat outside or enjoy the tranquility and view. Recommended.

What a great house! Åsa was a great host. She welcomed us warmly, showed us everything and gave us many tips for the area. The house is on a very nice property with many seating options and beautiful views. There were also bicycles and various toys for the children, such as sand toys, fishing for crabs, Kubb... We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were here for the second time. The location and atmosphere of this house is simply priceless and beautiful. Sara is a great hostess. The house has everything you need, and we (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog) felt very comfortable again. Ideal if you don't need much except peace, pure sea and nature. A place for the soul.

Thanks to Ninna for contributing to an excellent weekend stay. The host was nice and welcoming, as well as helpful with car charging (electric car). Nice place to stay, with relatively short distance to Gothenburg and at the same time immediate proximity to nature and less than 8 minutes down to the sea. Quiet neighborhood with opportunities to enjoy good weather days outside, or just doze off extra in a soft and comfortable bed. The kitchen had what we needed and there is the possibility of an outdoor grill as well, although we did not have time for this. In general, the cabin has a nice standard for both couples and small families. Recommended.
