5+ Stars for the host, apartment and location. When you book a place on Airbnb with a 4.96-star rating, your expectations are naturally high. Sari exceeded every one of them — she’s a 5+ star host! Incredibly helpful, full of energy, and a joy to meet — it was honestly worth renting the apartment just for the chance to meet her. Her local recommendations for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spot-on. The apartment itself was exactly as expected — simple, clean, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Just like all the previous reviews, this is a full 5-star stay. El Cuyo is a gem — a quiet, relaxed haven far from the touristy chaos of Cancun and neighbouring Playa del Carmen. A couple of tips: Remember that El Cuyo is NOT in the same time zone as Cancun and if you're driving, definitely ask Sari for the best route — her advice made all the difference for the return journey. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very warm, pleasant, comfortable and fantastic place. It's super-equipped, my pet felt at home. Access is easy, Jacinto received us very attentively. The pool was warm and clean, the lighting made it a romantic experience at night. I loved it, I'll be back.

Mia is super amazing she takes care of you and makes sure your stay is comfortable. The resort is beautiful with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. I will only stay here when visiting in future.

Very good place, Rolando's service was remarkable, always very kind and attentive to what we needed. I do not recommend the restaurant they have right there, terrible service and attitude of the staff, plus the food is very expensive and simple, it is better to walk a little and eat anywhere.

The house is super clean, well lit, bathroom with unsalted drinking water.

Nice new apartment in El Cuyo, it’s a tiny town so walking distance to everything, lots of attantion to details and while there were some faults (towel hanger, missing lights, not enough towels) it’s also pretty obvious it’s a new apartment and they’ll get it right in time

From the arrival to the end it was wonderful, Norma the housekeeper was super attentive and was always available, the location is sensational, very close to the beach and you can walk to the town square, if you are looking for a place to feel at home, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!

The house has its details because of the location itself attached to the sea and the saltpeter, but the location of the house and its direct exit to the sea is wonderful. The area is very safe and pleasant. Everything we asked Tacho, the person in charge would respond right away. I would definitely go back to my family
