Vacation rentals with a patio in Tivat

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir waren dort fast eine Woche und alles rund um die Wohnung war super. Die Lage war perfekt und nur ein paar Gehminuten vom schönen Hafen entfernt. Die Wohnung war auch wirklich sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, sie hatte dennoch ein paar Gebrauchsspuren obwohl dies nicht wirklich der Rede wert ist. Das einzige was wir etwas bemängeln ist, dass sich im Schlafzimmer ein Fenster aus Milchglas befindet, vor welchem kein Vorhang ist und somit morgens schon direkt die Sonne hineinscheint und das Zimmer erhellt. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Wohnung und der Gastgeberin.

הייתי שם ללילה אחד, היה חשוב לjasna שמישהו יקבל את פניי ועל אף שהיה קשה למצוא הבת שלה ישבה בפתח הבית וחיכתה לראות אותי וישר בחיוך לקחה אותי לבית ואמרה לי שהיא גרה קומה מעל וכל מה שצריך היא תשמח לעזור. Jasna הגיעה והסבירה לי על המקום שכלל כל מה שתואר לרבות מכונת כביסה שממש הייתי צריכה. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ומחולקת לחללים, הכול נקי ובריח טוב. יש מרפסת חיצונית עם חצר מטופחת. כלים לבישול ומטבח עם כל המכשור הדרוש. הרחוב בחוץ נמצא באיזור הפחות יוקרתי מה שהפך אותו לעוד יותר נעים עם חופים יפים ומקומות נחמדים לאכול בהם וטיילת שלא נגמרת. מומלץ מאוד.

This is a hidden gem, which surpassed our expectations. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend longer in this beautiful penthouse apartment. During our stay in Montenegro we stayed in 3 places and Tatijana’s place was our favourite. This place has so much going for it. It is very quiet and peaceful and has a pretty pebbly beach for swimming just over the road. It only takes approx 15 mins to drive to Kotor or Tivat. The outside terrace is truly magical with spectacular views of mountains and the Adriatic. It gives you sunshine and shade throughout the day. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is modern, well laid out and finished to a high standard. It has everything you would ask for including 2 wonderful, helpful, obliging hosts. Thank you Tatijana and Sergio, we would love to return some time.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

Wir können das Haus von Nadia und Val in Montenegro auf der Halbinsel Luštica absolut empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Urlaubstage genossen. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser... ;). Es war top sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Uns hat die Architektur zum einen an die Toskana aber auch mit den schönen Fliesen an Portugal erinnert. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht und diesen sogar von allen drei Schlafzimmern. Der Garten ist mediterran und wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen, Lavendel, Rosmarinstauden, Orangenbäumen gestaltet und der Infinity-Pool ist ein kleines Highlight. Val hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und stand bei allen Fragen und Anliegen immer für uns zur Verfügung. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön dafür!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Radmila’s home is in a beautiful location and she provided a ton of recommendations. Her directions made getting to the Airbnb very easy!

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

This is a gem within the old town. The location is exceptional while the apartment itself is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax. Well decorated and looks newly renovated. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
