beautiful house, with great property right at the entrance of the national park. Lush nature, beautiful play areas for the children, good grill. All around wonderful. Well-equipped kitchen. Vasilije was super accommodating, helpful and polite. We would have liked to extend, but unfortunately we had already booked somewhere else. The children didn't want to leave. A clear recommendation!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

It is a beautiful place on a hill with a picturesque view of Kotor bay. Nice and quiet house with a spacey terrace where you would want to stay on hot days. House equipped with everything needed. We are grateful to Ivona for the opportunity to stay in this house and I would want to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Central location. Convenient to everywhere in the town.

What a lovely place! We had a great time and the kids were outside playing all the time. The family is very sweet and welcoming. They even brought us home made cake.

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

It was a great house. It was like our own house. We were extremely sensitive about cleanliness. Even if you examine it in detail for hours, you won't see a single speck of dirt. Very cute, you can be very comfortable. It was a house with air conditioning in every room. & Thank you for everything Our host was very kind and helpful. You can book it with peace of mind. The view was also beautiful. I won't forget this experience

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.
