A working farm in the Eden Valley with beautiful views over the river Lowther and overlooking woodland rich in wildlife, including red squirrels and deer. Given its peaceful situation, it is surprisingly only a 5 minute drive from major transport routes (north/ south/ east/ west) and Penrith Station. Only 5 miles to Ullswater and the lakes. Barn conversion includes bedroom with private terrace, bathroom (shower and bath), large sitting/ breakfast room. Well behaved dogs welcome on request (2 maximum - extra charge of £10 dog/night). A totally private well presented self catering studio apartment close to Pooley bridge and Ullswater and the surrounding fells. Main room contains a double bed(not kingsize) a smart tv and sofa. A separate shower room with toilet and small well equipped kitchen (but no oven) all located on the ground floor. There's a small patio at the front that looks over the garden and catches the sun all day. If you're into walking, running, cycling and open water swimming then this is the perfect location.
