A complete makeover turns the Old Kensington Store into a great place to come to after a busy day or for a romantic getaway. Opening onto a private courtyard with birdbath and fishpond this fully equipped dwelling has all new appliances, chiropractic mattress with optional Memory foam pillows in a romantic queen bedroom. The second Victorian themed bedroom has two single beds with quality linen. A fifth person can use the daybed in the living area, also with a very comfy mattress.

A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. Sweet little cabin in the woods that we promise is definitely not the start of a B-grade horror flick (unless you're not great with the odd bug and some low-fi living) A bit of a glamping experience - we use solar lights and a camp stove, but there is some pretty great luxury features.
