Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen-living room, you can eat optimally. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).
