The sun's rays embrace you from morning to sunset, and when evening comes, you can relax in front of the crackling stove in the cottage or in the wood-fired sauna (wood included). Explore the lake with the included boat, which is equipped with an electric motor. There is great variety with islands, beaches and waters rich in fish

Här är du varmt välkommen att koppla av en eller flera dagar själv, med vänner eller familjen. Fiska direkt från altanen, eller ta en tur i kanoten. Inom ca 5km radie finner ni naturreservat med vandringsleder, badstrand, fiskesjöar, en skidanläggning och längdskidspår. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar. Det finns tillgång till två kanoter för paddling i ån.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The house has one floor and, with its open plan layout, is ideal for family holidays, with great views overlooking lake Stråken. Set amongst pine trees you will find good walking as soon as you step outside.

Good range of outdoor activities e.g. hiking trails, mountain bike and trails for cross-country skiing at Lassalyckan, Ulricehamn's ski center with slalom slopes and Lake Åsunden for swimming and fishing. All within 10 km.
