Retreat to the Campsies

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lodge. The Lodge itself was exactly as it is pictured and exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible and we would love to come back and stay again. A truly lovely weekend break.

Ochil View Holiday Let

David's been such a good host, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the things that could've been needed such as stuff to clean and cook. It's been a short but good stay
The exterior of an independent bookshop is displayed, featuring large windows for showcasing various books and inviting light. Above the entrance, signage reads 'the Wee bookshop' in a friendly font. The stone facade adds character, with a traditional design and multiple window panes.

Absolutely perfect. Carly was an amazing host, the flat is welcoming and had everything we needed, and more. It felt like a real home from home in a perfect setting. Thank you for everything, and we’ll be back soon.
The living room features two leather sofas adorned with decorative cushions. Light wood flooring extends throughout the space. On one wall, a colorful piece of wall art is displayed, complementing the neutral tones of the walls and enhancing the room's brightness.

Hawkhill Cottage

AnnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed 3 nights during half-term holidays, parents + 1 kid. The location matched our needs perfectly since we wanted to be close to our friends that live in Alloa. When your gps tells you to make the last turn to the cottage, drive further for another 20 yards, and the right turn will be there. The self check-in was very straightforward. We loved the cottage, it was very clean, the linen and towels smelled lovely, the kitchen and shower easy to use. There's a bathtub with a rainforest shower with a good flow which is a plus. All the cutlery we needed was there, 4-piece toaster, microwave, kettle, fride and freezer. Some 100 yards from the cottage is McD, KFC, Lidl etc., yet still it's a quiet area and no noise from the nearby traffic. The host left the heating on so during rainy and windy nights it was cuddly and warm inside the cottage. We loved it and would definitely recommend to all.

Amazing stay. Comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. Well communicated with the neighbouring areas.
The timber-clad tiny home is nestled among trees, featuring a modern porch with railings. Warm light glows from within, illuminating the exterior, while a person stands in the doorway. Stacked logs form a natural boundary around the home, enhancing its connection to nature.

We stayed 5 nights and time flew by. Beautifully designed cabin that has everything you need. Very calm area and cute villages to explore in the surroundings. Close enough to also visit Edinburg by car or train. Thank you for the wonderful experience! :)
A modern thermostat is mounted on a white wall, providing a sleek appearance. The doorway leads into a brightly lit living area featuring a fireplace and a television. Natural light enhances the open and spacious feel of the room.

Alloa City Centre

Super host Avril went out of her way (literally) to make our stay comfortable. Spotlessly clean - pictures are super accurate the apartment is lovely - central location easily walkable to all amenities - pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, train station, Alloa Tower etc. Free car park is a very short (less than 2 minutes) flat walk to the apartment. Very easy to find.
