Vacation rentals with a patio in Ticino

Our stay in Lombardy was excellent in Flavia's appartment. It's roomy, clean and has all you need while also feeling very spacious. Flavia went above and beyond with a beautifully setup babybed in the bedroom and a children's seat in the living room. She was always very kind and respondes quickly. Since she lives in the adjecent house we ran into eachother multiple occasions. And although our son already had many toys to play with in the garden she was happy to get some more to entertain him. The apartment is near the village centre with a bakery, gellataria, and a few restaurants. So even though there is a lot to do in the area you can find almost all your needs on foot which is a big plus. We parked our car in the private garage which is convenient since parking spots are quite sparse in Italy, and it was easy to load and unload for our next day trip. All in all we had a great time in Italy and we were super happy with Flavia as our host.

Arianna was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was spotless it’s felt like home from home. Yes there is a building work going on and you can view that from the balcony but dont let that put you off inside the apartment you can not hear it and they stop around 5pm and the Milan skyline view is bar far the best time of day. Easy instructions and so helpful when we asked questions, would love to stay again when we come back to Milan. The apartment was safe for toddlers and the entire complex was fantastic for toddlers and secure.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Gero & Sonia were excellent hosts! They were very accommodating and responsive if we ever had a question. The home is well kept, very clean and looks just like the photos! I love the modern stair case and screened-in patio. Everything exceeded our expectations 😊

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

Even though it was only 2 nights, we felt at home straight away and like we had been there a week. The apartment was safe, clean and comfortable in a great location to see this beautiful city. Alessio was on hand with clear instructions and guidance and made checking in & out easy. We would definitely return to Luciano’s apartment on our next visit to Milano.

Perfect for a peaceful stay and has a homely environment. My whole family was quite happy with the stay. Looking forward to return and having her as a host again.

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! The place was spectacular, looks exactly as the pictures, huge kitchen to prepare meals, rooms are very big with king side beads and a lot closets for clothes. The garden is beautiful (it has a few turtles 🐢 ) A grate plus is the washer and dryer. Great location (just a few minutes from Malpensa airport) very private, and secure. Guido was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful…will definitely stay again in Guido’s place 💯% recommend

The stay at Tenuta Magrini was meant to be a real escape from the noises, smells and gray of the city, but we didn't imagine it to that extent. From the moment you walk through the entrance gate of the house, you can already sense the level of attention to detail that Maura and Massimiliano have put into their beautiful home. The spaces are just as pictured: endless views of the hills, the possibility of walking through the vineyards and enjoying unparalleled tranquility and serenity away from everything. For those looking for an experience totally immersed in the beauty and nature of Monferrato, you will not find better. To top it all off, the extreme kindness of the owners and Maura in particular, a source of very useful information about the area and who welcomed us with a bottle of their excellent wine. We hope to be back soon!

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the top floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

A very practical nice apartment close to everything - shops, restaurants, Duomo. Very helpful and highly responsive host. Absolutely recommended.

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We especially enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard – perfect to start the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly cozy for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, quick and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and linens. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been more. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.
