I have come several times to the house of Givana, and I always bring different people who are always positively surprised by the house. I found everything very neat and tidy, and a little more, because although the announcement shows that it does not provide sheets, the beds were neatly tidy and with clean sheets. I'll come back other times.

The house matches the photos, or rather, the space was even more beautiful and cozy in person. Certainly one of the most complete places I have ever stayed, fully equipped for long and short stays. A very high point for the view, waking up and sleeping every day with the sound of the sea was amazing. I was very well received and cared for, so much so that I ended up staying one more day than planned. Both the hostess and Bruna, who was the one who received us, are very helpful and available. I will certainly be back soon with my family.

The stay was great, house in front of the sea, cozy, clean and organized! Edilvania always responds fast and Mr. Lauro always helping something. Thanks a lot, my family and I love it.

A house with a beautiful view, literally standing in the sand. Sleep and wake up looking at the sea is no better! Easy to find, Regina is always very attentive, in short, super recompense.

Everything went as expected. We stayed 4 days. The very spacious house, we went in 9. It would fit much more if that was the case. There are 3 large suites including mezzanine in 2. All in air, but the position of the evaporators is not cool, I felt heat at night. In addition to the suites has another bathroom. The beach-like house, a quiet and safe place that is not very used, but was clean, smelling bed linen, kitchen with utensils, and barbecue. I had no problem with anything except the pool that was without a bomb, and I couldn't use the filter, but the swimming pool was clean when we arrived. My family enjoyed it a lot. The street? The street is the beach itself, and even then we had no problem with access with a car without traction. Beautiful beach, calm sea, starry night. There is only one hotel nearby(900mts) for evening food. But Casa has easy access to the city through the roads. Nearly every place in the house has a sea view. We enjoyed a lot. Dian and Júlio were thoughtful. And if possible one day I will come back.

Rosina's house is the most beautiful thing! Everything was impeccable and very clean. The view is the tranquility of the place enchants ! Single point would be access, important not to take too much stuff because it is in the middle of a cliff. Rosina is neg are very attentive , I look forward to returning!

Excellent house space, both indoor and outdoor. Comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms are simple but well cleaned. Very helpful host, available at all times to meet us. Quick and hassle-free check in and out. I recommend and rent again.

It was sensational!!! Jessé was very receptive, was always available to talk about the house, about giving tips from the region and also recommended to us locals! The house and landscape of the place are unparalleled, I went with my family and everyone was in love with the place! Super recommend and it's even a thank you to Jessé for the receptivity.

We were delighted with Icapuí. Rafael's beach house was a place of rest and communion for our family. Because it was "right on the sand," everyone had their freedom to do their own thing, whoever wanted to walk on the beach, walked, whoever wanted to take a bath in the sea, bathed, whoever preferred to stay in the pool, stayed, or slept, etc. The environments interact with each other. This was very good for us, as we were 8 adults. The beach is almost "private," you find very few people on it, only residents in the vicinity or guests of inns/Airbnb, there are no street vendors. The water is a good temperature, there are lots of shells. You can take a great walk. The house served us perfectly with its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were suites, and a social bathroom (3 in total). Bed and bath linens were available, as well as pillows and games. The kitchen is equipped, has a microwave, sandwich maker, airfry, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and more. Rafael is very helpful and attentive, always keeping in touch.

Quiet and great stay. As there was already the information in the comments about the difficulty of access due to the width of the streets, it was not a surprise. With caution everything went well.

The house really is more private, it works as an annex of the moon brunette inn, the air was not working very well and was with a moldy smell in the bedroom , but after opening and letting it run a wind improved , the hostel extremely well located, facing a square and facing the brodway, the perfect but a little dangerous view for those who go with a small child because they had no body guard, the garden of this part of the house was not so well taken care of, but in a general way the stay was great , breakfast we arrived early at 7:30 , simple but very nice ! The host very good people! City Hall had these caveats but we would return again for privacy, location and really good view!!

We loved the stay at the house, the place matched the photos, with the entire advertised description. Calm, quiet, beach access in front of the house. The beach is very beautiful, calm and the water is very warm, perfect for relaxing. On the beach there are lounges with hammocks in the water, you don't want to leave. We took advantage of the house space very well, with a barbecue, swimming pool... kitchen utensils, etc. Nice rooms, air conditioning working perfectly, especially on a hot day, when night came the air conditioning worked very well!!! Showers with strong and heated water. Anyway, we will definitely be back, we love the house, the beach and the city. It is also worth mentioning Rayres, who is the person who stays in touch to help with the stay, very helpful and attentive, gave us many tips and was always close to help in some way. See you soon!!

We loved the stay, a place for those looking for tranquility and peace, but also with easy access to those looking for adventures and fun that the beaches offer. The host is attentive and helpful.

I want to express my satisfaction with Natália's cottage, the days I spent with my family were very peaceful and pleasant, the space is wonderful, the cottage I stayed in "Picos" has access to a kitchen, which by the way is well equipped and served us very well. Just a few observations, the weekend we stayed there was maintenance in front of the entrance, but nothing that hindered our stay and access, because of this maintenance the sea in front of the house is not very good for swimming, but walking a little to the left or right, you can find great places for swimming, Peroba beach is very quiet, great for those who want to rest. I want to thank the host Natalia and the housekeeper Sandro, who were always available and made us feel at home, I hope to return to this beautiful paradise that is Icapuí.

The house cliffs are for those who can see beauty in the simple... a unique and cozy place, very connected to nature and with a breathtaking view. It has easy access (staircase) to the beach and an equipped kitchen. At night the moonlight is stunning, the noise of the sea predominates, the cars are not heard and there is a little tatuz that lives in a den next to the house. In the morning, the alarm clock is different corners of birds that have as its bottom the snoring of the sea. At first glance, the access scares a bit as it has a staircase and then a small trail, which brings everything together in 5 minutes. Access is not so easy, but this was not a negative point as it made the site more private. Try to take backpacks! It must be known that there is a parking lot at the entrance of the staircase, but it is nothing formal. Although it gets paid, it seems to be a favor they are doing for you, which is to leave the car there... but we get around buying food to make at home at night since everything closes early and not needing to leave.

Quiet accommodation in front of the sea of Peroba and next to Hotel Estrela. Very good Wi-Fi, allowed for a peaceful home office. I'll leave two observation points: • The photo of the room with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) is outdated. The room has 3 beds (1 bed and another bed that allows you to pull another one underneath) • Peroba is under construction at the time of writing, but this did not prevent access. It is valid to ask the host how the access and surroundings are to avoid surprises or difficulties in access. i'll be back again!

The stay at Ton's place was wonderful! We were greeted by Elisama who helped us with everything from going down with our bags to storing the things in the kitchen (food we take) The house is very nice and with a beautiful view! We asked to make a campfire and they arranged everything for us. Everything was perfect! Doesn't feel like leaving. We'll be back for sure! Thank you Ton for making your place available! Excellent place, hostel style, with five individual suites, kitchen and outdoor dining area, plus a large open space for parking and/or play with children… The place offers a cook who prepares all meals and we don't care about anything, and the food is excellent. We love the place and will be back more often. I highly recommend it to others!!
