Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

Matheson Family Getaway

Natalie's place provided a perfect home from home, with plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and great comfy sitting area. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather we only ate on the deck that first evening for snacks. We did bring our own board games but Natalie also provided a wide range. We had fun with Connect 4! It was a batch surrounded by native bush and a view of the water. Great location for venturing out like we did to Tawharanui Regional Park. I would definitely come back here if I had the opportunity to and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy this fabulous area.

What a fabulous place to stay! Very pretty and cosy ‘shed’ with a lovely comfy bed with crisp white bed linen. The outdoor shower is brilliant! Small kitchen with everything we needed - gas BBQ very good too.The views are super, the pool is fab. We really enjoyed our stay - lots to explore locally but equally nice just to relax in the beautiful garden.

We had a lovely stay, the tiny home was incredibly comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The location is beautiful and serene and it was amazing to see the stars from our bed at night through the skylight! Would highly recommend!
