A lovely cottage. Very handy for wandering up and down the coastline. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with top quality equipment. Elaine was very helpful and attentive. Thoroughly recommend this cottage.

The accommodation was easy to find and access. The kitchen area was modern and clean, with all the equipment needed for making our own meals. The bathroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The sitting room had a comfortable sofa, a TV and a table and chairs. There were clear instructions and information about the accommodation and leaflets showing local attractions. A wonderful welcome awaited us in the form of milk and drinks in the fridge and pastries on the table. There were also teabags, coffee and sugar for that all important refreshment after a long journey. Debbie was easy to communicate with and was keen to ensure we had a good stay, whilst also respecting our privacy. Would recommend to anyone wishing to explore this area of Norfolk.

We had a special few days in North Norfolk and made some lovely family memories - including a day on the beach and a walk to Cromer, with a cosy fire at the end of the day. The walk across the fields back from the pub as the sunset was very pretty.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful B&B. The hosts could not have been more helpful, giving local recommendations and all the information we needed prior to check in. The house was perfect for our stay, with the privacy of so many bedrooms coupled with fantastic social spaces. We really enjoyed the bar with the lounge area which was perfect for a chilled evening. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and a short drive from the Norfolk coast and beautiful beaches. The house had everything we could ask for, really well equipped with hotel quality, pristinely clean linen. We can’t wait to return!
