Entire 800sf, 1bd/1ba, very bright and open layout walkout basement for yourself. You will have your own private entry, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and living area with 65" 4K TV w/Surround sound speakers and reclining sofa. Like a apartment. CITY of THORNTON STR License #031582 *Note we are a family with children and a large dog that lives above the basement, so you will hear noise, occasional dog barking, playing and footsteps upstairs. We also do start our days quite early (6:30a).

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

This stylish 2 Bed/1 Bath attached guest house is perfect for up to two couples or a remote working situation. This house sits on a half acre of land. We have created a semi private outdoor dining area so you can take advantage of that as well. Kitchen is small in size but has a full size stove, microwave, a multi-function toaster/convection oven, dishwasher, multi function coffee maker, dishes, silverware & cookware. The Roku TV lets you stream your favorite shows.

We do have an upstairs roommate, a shepherd mix puppy named Kiwi.

Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.
