great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

First time using Airbnb and I was completely satisfied. House was extremely clean and well appointed. Location was great. Lots of food choices nearby and close to downtown Denver. Great pool only a few blocks from the house. Host was a great communicator. Gave us great food and activity recommendations. I accidentally deleted instructions and host was very patient, resending them Check in/checkout was seamless. If you're heading to Denver area, this would make a great place to stay.

Great place, pool hot tub, responsive easy to get Ubers. I think comfortably sleeping 11 requires some shared beds or someone sleeping on a couch

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

David was an amazing and responsive host! Beautiful, clean home. My family loved the pool and lake front views! We will be back!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making sure my family had everything we needed. Kirsty’s place was very nice, clean and felt right at home. Kirsty is very responsive and helpful.

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

We had a perfectly fine stay at the Bumble Bee house! Plenty of room, well-stocked in terms of paper products, towels, spare pillows and blankets, Keurig coffee, utensils, etc., more than most rentals I've stayed at, honestly. I did find that I was a little sneezy in the downstairs area and thought it might be from a cat from a previous renter (I know it's pet friendly, and it is carpeted), but it wasn't bad. Overall the house was nice and clean, comfortable, and somewhere I'd easily rebook!

Tam's place is very inviting and welcoming! The area is super quiet, walk friendly, some paths nearby. The home is very spacious and exactly like the pics. There was plenty of toiletries, kitchen and bath towels, trash bags, including plenty of hot water. The great convenience of eating space and a garage. We would def recommend Tam's home for comfort, space, family time! We look forward to our next visit. Thanks Tam.

The house was comfortable with ample seating in the upper and lower levels. As we stayed for a couple weeks, we found the kitchen good for cooking and cleanup. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items and supplies. It was nice to have hangers for clothes and some dresser space too. The backyard is a nice place to relax in warmer weather and fully fenced for a pet. The neighborhood was quiet.

We loved this place so much we were sad to leave! It is perfectly clean and felt like home. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe for families and walking around. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking. Thank you Craig for having us!

I actually live in Denver. My sisters were coming to visit for 2 days at the same time for the first time in quite some years we needed a big house for us to hang out together this house worked out perfect the host was very nice responded immediately when I had question even let us host a family BBQ thanks Aidde -I love that there was not a lot of clutter. Everything was nice clean and neat cabinets are labeled was not hard to find anything I needed in the kitchen.

What a wonderful experience! Danielle was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! And the puppies were so sweet and friendly!! It was an incredible marathon vacation.

Place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown Denver and lots of other store within minutes from the home.

The Cactus Suite was just that, sweet. It was the perfect place for relaxing and sleeping, what we needed on this trip. The bed was super comfy and the linens were wonderful. Would love to stay again.

Kelsey was an exceptional host. She responded promptly to my questions and even had snacks and water waiting for us when we checked in. We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the covered patio.

Roger is an excellent host! He took the initiative to check in with us leading up to and throughout our stay. The home is well kept. The location is peaceful and quiet. All of the yards are well maintained and beautiful. It was a nice amd relaxing place to get away for a few days. My only suggestion is to read all of the fine print when renting any Air BnB. As a novice renter, I did not. There was a bit of a confusion on my part, and Roger was gracious in the process of getting things settled. I appreciate the hospitality.

Perfect for what we needed for a few weeks. Very spacious kitchen and responsive host!

This was the perfect spot for my family of five. And Liliya took care of everything! There was hand soap and shower amenities, spices and paper plates (and soft TP). A clean, modern home with comfortable furnishings, soft beds and tasteful decor. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. And NO pesky chores at check out! Made packing up and catching our morning flight a breeze! Thank you!
