The stay in the apartment was really great! The space was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay. The location was great, quiet but at the same time close to the center of Thermi on foot. Vassilis was kind and willing to help with anything by solving any questions immediately. I will definitely prefer it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Susana and Stathis’ apartment while working in Thermi. The flat was absolutely perfect: clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The building is brand new (built in 2023), and everything inside feels fresh and well thought out. Communication with Susana and Stathis was flawless from start to finish. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from Thermi’s main square, full of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. It’s also well connected by public transport, providing access to Thessaloniki (about 45–50 minutes in total). The airport is very close, which is very convenient. One highlight for me was the area itself. Just a few minutes walk takes you to peaceful rural paths, a lovely lakeside walk, and several hiking trails. It was a perfect blend of calm surroundings and easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re planning to stay in Thermi!
