In a beautiful residence with swimming pool, magnificent view of the entrance to the port of Sète, air-conditioned T2 apartment of 45 m2 facing sunrise. Located on the bottom of Mont Saint Clair, above the marine cemetery and above the Paul Valery Museum, you can walk to the center of Sète, less than 1 km away: Les Halles de Sète, the theatre of the sea, the docks and the fish market... and the first beach is 1500 meters away. A lovely, fully renovated, tasteful studio will charm you with its layout and quiet environment in the heart of downtown, located on the first floor of a small condominium close to the media library. It consists of a beautiful living room, kitchen bathed in light and extended by a small terrace where you can enjoy your meals. (south-facing) the kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Bathroom with toilet. A mezzanine can accommodate one child.

Facing the port and the sea, close to the royal canal and its jousting, very nice bright apartment of 34 m2, on the fourth floor with elevator, in a beautiful secure residence, quiet while being 2 steps from the heart of the city and the halls of Sète. You will be particularly seduced by the view of the port and the sea, its location, its equipment and its interior decoration. Watch the fishing boats come in with the seagulls circling overhead.

Studio, comfortable romantic & central !

The Studio apartment is situated in the old fisherman's quarter le "Quartier Haut" which is transforming into an artistic area with art workshops, galleries, exhibitions and even painted murals on a few houses.... just three minutes walk to the centre of town!
