Vacation rentals with a patio in The Villages

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

Great location, close to nice restaurantes and stores at walking distance. We stayed over a month and Jason was very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks Jason for your hospitality!!!

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

House was in a good location, very quiet neighborhood

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

A lovely apartment located behind the historic Kemp house. The location was close to downtown and in a beautiful historic neighborhood of Ocala. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. Jill Marie was in regular communication with me and readily available should I need anything. The check in was easy, quick and flawless. I look forward to visiting again!

A true Hidden Gem ! 💎 My stay at Hidden Oasis was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a peaceful, private location, this place lives up to its name—it truly feels like a secret escape from the world. From the lush greenery to the cozy outdoor seating area, everything was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Cynthia was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. Whether you're looking for a quick getaway or just some quiet time to recharge, Hidden Oasis is the ideal retreat. I only wish the stay had been longer. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The home had all the necessary basics, was very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue and they had someone there within ten minutes to resolve it! Having the golf cart included is a plus. We navigatigated our travels through The Villages quite comfortably the majority of the two weeks using the cart rather than the car. There is a pool quite close to the home and the home is also located pretty close to Brownwood Square. We would highly recommend this property.

absolutely beautiful place! the beds are a little harder than what I have at home but we may do since it was only two nights. I love the fact that they were adult only pools very close to the house! some wonderful restaurants around as well as live music every night! we had a wonderful time

We had a fantastic stay at Gayle’s home. The home more than exceeded our expectations. The home is in a great location. Walkable to the rec centre for pickleball and choice of pools. Close to the market square where great restaurants and live music are available every night. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus and we would highly recommend it as a way to tour the villages. Gayle is a great host, very responsive to our questions and always available to assist. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful location again.

This home comes equipped with everything you need and is very spacious. Very, very clean and comfortable. Was very happy with everything including Cheryl’s communication and responsive messages. Having the golf cart is a huge plus. It’s very easy to get around anywhere and a great location to Brownwood and Lake Sumter. The home is pristine. Neighborhood is beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. We love our time at the Villages. This area was new to us but everything was great. The house was clean and just like the pictures. The cart and all the rest of the amenities were excellent as well. Thanks for a great week for our family.

Steve’s Place was amazing! This is the most complete Air Bnb that my family and I have ever been to. Well kept and might I say fully stocked. When I say stocked I mean down to toothpicks. Very clean and made you feel right at home. The pool OMG clean and spacious with pool toys for the kids. I love Steve’s place when I’m in Florida on vacation I’m going to definitely try to plan to another stay. The Villages and Steve’s Place are top tier. On the scale of 1 to 10 definitely a strong 10!

Kathy’s place was perfect and convenient for us to play golf, pickleball, and close to entertainment. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved all the spices. Kathy communicated with us from start to finish. Such a fun vacation and great location!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would recommend highly. This was a convenient location for me from work. The room was lovely. Good parking spot. I felt safe knowing this was so close to the Ocala Police/Fire Department. I enjoyed local restaurants nearby like Braised Onion and Harrys Seafood. This is close by to stuff to do like Downtown Ocala, the Paddock Mall and Silver Springs.

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

This place was very comfortable and extremely well stocked, including towels for the awesome community pool. We cooked almost every day and the condo had everything we needed. Was also nice to have a carport at the unit. Bruce was a great host and responded very promptly to our inquiries. (The listing says no clothes dryer but there is one in the unit.)

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

The apartment was very nice with a screened in balcony. It had all of the conveniences expected for a comfortable stay. The location was great because it was near plenty of restaurants and shopping, and close to the freeway and the Parks which makes it great for vacationers. The host was very responsive to questions and was pleasant to work with. One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators. Otherwise, it was a great choice!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.
