Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in The Meadows

This was one of our favorite air b&b’s we have ever stayed. The host was very nice and responded right away and the home was beautiful. We will definitely make this our go to stay every time

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

W had such a wonderful stay! Very close to everything in Sarasota! Communication was top notch and had all my questions answered before I could even ask them. The space was very clean and had a very homey feeling! We will defiantly be coming back!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

The place was super clean and felt homey!!! the list of recommendations around the town was so helpful for us being our first time in that area!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was our second stay in this stunning home. Jennifer and Amy were excellent to work with. They respond to communication promptly and authentically cared that we had the perfect stay. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. My husband and I are already talking about returning. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

I must say I was blown away. The house was so clean. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never stayed at such a clean Airbnb and mo was so accommodating. We decided to stay an extra day and she welcomed us the house had everything and more that you need it, my family enjoyed our stay so much in Florida that we spent more time at the home than we did at the ocean and we went there for the ocean the air mattresses had a hole in it. The next day there was a brand new one at the front door. I just can’t say enough great things about them and the home they supplied us with everything we need toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar cream there was shampoo and conditioner, and body wash. I can just keep going on and on. It was such a great experience. We had a fun fun time. Thank you so much, Mo.

Spotless, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! The place was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just as promised. The location was ideal for me, as it was close to the clinic where I had my treatment. The neighborhood was very quiet, making it easy to relax. Nearby conveniences like Publix and Postal98 Coffee (which has amazing hot chocolate!) were a nice bonus. Overall, the property was beautiful, and the host was fantastic with communication—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

Eliana was wonderful! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The space looked just like the pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Great location and easy access to major roads. The location is quiet and peaceful. Eliana was very responsive and super friendly!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Welcomed by a beautiful view, and a nice well kept exterior. The unit we stayed in was in the 3rd floor, which allowed for the best views and the most privacy. The unit was clean, well-kept, and updated, even though the point of the vacation was to enjoy the beach/island, it was a place you felt you might accidentally stay Inside too long. We are planning our trip for next year already back to this very spot.

Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

This was our second stay here. You can’t beat the location and view! Nice and clean. Comfortable with all the amenities you need. Heidi is consistently friendly, responsive and helpful. Always checks in on us to make sure everything is going well. She had a birthday treat delivered for my husband’s birthday during our stay. Just an above and beyond hostess! We will definitely be back again.
