The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.
