Hillside Cottage is part of Ledges Retreat, a small guest farm in the Northern Drakensberg, located in a picturesque, peaceful valley. We are close to the Royal Natal National Park - home to the Tugela Falls and Amphitheatre. Please note: We are in Northern Drakensberg (not Bergville) near Cavern Resort. Spacious living-and dining room area. Fully equipped kitchen with Ellis Delux coal stove. Gas stove, fridge and microwave. Two bedrooms. Main bedroom consists of a queen size bed with electric blanket. A bunk bed for children is also provided in the room. En-suite shower, basin and toilet. The Fishing Cottage is a quaint spacious farm cottage overlooking a section of the 35 hecter dam. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Equipped with a kitchen, dining room, and a braai area. The Fishing Cottage is situated just across the road from the Buffalo Hills Private Reserve and guests who book the cottage will have full access to the reserve.

Each 18-sqm thatched-roof rondawel contains a comfy queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and basin, and separate toilet and basin. Each fully carpeted unit contains tea/coffee, wardrobe, table, 2 chairs; extra child beds can be added.

Acorn Cottage is a charming thatched stone rondavel, ideal for 2 guests. It features a queen-size bed, a wood-burning fire, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with basic appliances. Enjoy the covered stoep and outdoor fire area for a cosy, relaxing stay.
