Quiet house with pool

The M&M gîte is a small house located in the quiet Teyssodaise countryside. This cottage comes with a swimming pool reserved for tenants, open throughout the summer season. This cottage is independent of the main house where we live. We do not accept other pets because we have our dog Tina and our two cats Gigi and Jojo and 4 chickens. We are located 15 minutes from Lavaur, 50 minutes from Toulouse, 25 minutes from Castres.

We we’re warmly welcomed by Pauline and Alexander. We are 3 friends and our stay was great! The gîte was provided with everything: oven, baking tools, very clean, pool towels, … The property was never crowded and there is enough private space. We were able to relax at our private terras and gîte, but also at the shared pool. At the same time it was also nice to see some of the guests of the other gîte from time to time. Nice hikes and villages in the area, and of course Toulouse! We would go back! :)

Very nice house, very welcoming with all the amenities to feel good, billiards, foosball, piano to keep busy indoors and swimming pool, petanque court for the outdoors, enough to spend a pleasant weekend. Everything is planned to accommodate several people, whether it's the amount of dishes, the large refrigerator, the two dishwashers, and even the ice maker, what more could you ask for? Quiet and relaxing place to disconnect for a long weekend with friends for me. I would recommend the location.

A modern loft space features exposed wooden beams and a sleek open kitchen. A wooden staircase leads to an upper level, while a large island with seating accommodates several guests. Natural light filters through a wide window, illuminating the contemporary decor.

We highly recommend this wonderful home.

We had a great time at the Héritier. Everything was absolutely in line with the description and photos. The place is very nice, with large friendly spaces, very comfortable night spaces with shower room and private toilet. The exteriors are spacious and well equipped, we were even able to enjoy the heated pool and adjoining terrace on this last weekend of September! The place is very quiet while being close to Lavaur and its shops. Thanks to Caroline for hosting us and for her responsiveness! In short, we'll be happy to go back to the Héritier.

Brian is an incredible and thoughtful host. The day we arrived it was in the evening after a long day travelling with a baby. Brian was calm, welcoming and had food and drinks waiting for us. Throughout our stay Brian was so generous and hospitable. We feel we made a friend! The house is so comfortable and clean with good quality appliances and equipment, which makes the stay comfortable. We have a baby so we were t going out too much so we could make use of the pool and table tennis table! The pool and grounds have the most stunning views, which makes it a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. We had a wonderful time! Thanks to Brian who made it so comfortable and fun!
