Modern Villa With Private Pool - 400m To The Beach

Beautiful villa located within 5 mins short walk from the beach Grau Castellon. The modern villa which includes a pool and a spacious garden is located in an attractive, quiet residential area boarding the Castellon Golf course and the park Pinar. The villa consists of 4 spacious rooms with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. Street parking around the house is free. All the rooms have non restrictive lovely views such as to the faraway mountain range. Entrance to the beach front located in a fabulous location as there are a number of restaurants and cafes as soon you reach there. In addition the golf club also located just next to the Villa if you fancy a game of golf, padel, tennis or just to use cafe restaurant. Grau seafront main restaurants are also within walking distance whether you feels like a paella or a nice cocktail. The bus/ tram connection is located just a short walk from the house on the way to the beach side providing easy access to Benicasim or to Castellon Center.

De setting is erg rustig. De grote kamerhoge ramen van de villa bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de Iberische bergen met de 1.800 meter hoge Penyagalosa-top als middelpunt. Via een prive toegangsweg kom op het landgoed.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet.Villen er nyoppusset og har en helt fantastisk privat innlukket hage med svømmebasseng og en deilig overbygd terrasse med lounge og spiseplass. Ved bassenget er det en deilig oppholdsplass under en palme. Villaen har 2 soverom, åpen kjøkken stue, og stue med store vinduer mot hagen, 2 bad . Marcolina er et boligområde litt opp fra sentrum av Alcossebre. Nærmeste strand er ca 700m. Husdyr ikke tillatt. Smart Tv.
