Very good. It is very clean , with everything you need to be able to cook. The location is very good in a quiet area near the beach and close to downtown . The well-maintained development and fantastic swimming pools.

From the first minute OF YOUR HOME. The house has everything you need to spend a great vacation, from the kitchen or cleaning products, to the beach chairs or umbrella. Everything is clean and well kept. Both the mattresses and the sofa bed are very comfortable (maybe the children's beds are somewhat noisy but without more...). The development is very quiet and familiar, with pools, gardens, trees... It is somewhat away from downtown (5 minutes by car) and may be too quiet for some, but we were just what we are looking for. As the only one sticks, to say that the WiFi was somewhat slow, but it is a problem of the community not of the house itself. Lastly, the communication with Mayte is very fast and very friendly. Since we didn't have any problems, we didn't talk much, but she was always attentive and willing to clarify any questions we may have. We'd repeat (...we'll repeat...) without a doubt.

We really liked the space in the house and it was very well equipped,although the bunk room is missing some air system a little more effective. Above all, the garden area with the pool is phenomenal

Very nice stay with our 6 and 10 year old children in April, in this well-equipped and clean little house! The large sandy beach is less than 100 meters from the house and the lively beach promenade (restaurants, street entertainment, shops etc...) is 300m away. The pool and padel court are in the residential complex across the street. There is one parking space in front of the house. Alcossebre is an hour and a half drive from Valencia and an hour from the Ebro Delta or 30 minutes from Peniscola, so there's plenty to do! We recommend this house! Thanks to our welcoming hosts.

We stayed at Jason's place for 2 weeks. This house is everything you need for a great vacation. The house is large, direct to the largest pool of the residence, all the necessary equipment is present. The house is big, absolutely ideal for 4 people. The first beach is a 5 minutes walk away. Parking the car in the small driveway next to the entrance, no parking problems. From the terrace, direct view of the pool, ideal for watching children while you have an aperitif!:) Finally, the city of Alcossebre is perfect for family, it's quiet and very well-traveled. In short, we had an absolutely extraordinary stay and we were simply sad to leave. And finally, Jason answered all our questions very quickly, which is perfect. Marian is super attentive, she welcomed us with a nice touch 🥰 and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier. The house is amazing and very large, it has everything you need for a vacation. Having breakfast and dinner on the terrace is wonderful The development is very quiet and close to the beach. We went to the beach by car and had no problem parking near the beach (I don't know what it will be like in July and August). This accommodation is definitely perfect to spend a few days on the beach Highly recommended host Thank you Marian!!!

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ciara's house. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything in the description. The area is quiet, the pool and beaches nearby are ideal for kids. Ciara is very attentive and friendly, we hope to return soon!

The house was exactly as described, we had a minor issue with the wifi but Alicia solved it promptly. The house is fantastic and Alicia is a great host.

The house is very well equipped, with an air conditioning system on each floor. It is very spacious and modern There are also basic things like gel, soap, spices for cooking, etc., which is appreciated when you're running out. They were flexible with the key exchange even though we arrived at night due to traffic. Highly recommended in general.

Our stay has been fantastic. The apartment had beautiful mountain views, very cozy, with a pellet stove and all the amenities (mantites, coffee maker, basic things that facilitate the stay such as salt, kitchenware, sugar, soap/shower shampoo, etc.). María José has been a magnificent host, giving us all the facilities for check-in and flexibility at check-out, reviews from where to dine...and also nice details upon arrival such as a bottle of wine, beers and even drinks in the freezer... a welcome gift!! We had a short but very pleasant stay at this place. As described, well located next to the Oropesa promenade. Clean and comfortable, friendly service and good communication. Recommended The only recommendation would be to correctly locate the place in the listing. It can be confusing not to indicate that it is in Oropesa, even if it is in the province of Castellón. Carlos was very responsive, check in was easy. The place small but very nice. Very nice outside space that we had breakfast in the morning, BBQ in the evening. Full kitchen, everything there that we needed. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded. Nice restaurants close by (walking about 15 minutes, couple minutes by car). Carlos responded very fast via airbnb messages before, during and on checkout day! Thank you!

From the first contact, he provided us with all the necessary information about the accommodation and also provided us with very useful recommendations about the town and its surroundings, which we greatly appreciated to better enjoy the area.
