Waterfront vacation rentals in Tertenia

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We loved staying at Valentina’s place. It’s very comfortable and located within walking distance of marina and a lot of restaurants. A couple supermarkets are a couple minutes drive. Parking was always easy to find right in front of the place. It has partial view of the sea right from the patio. Valentina was super responsive and responding to messages within minutes. There is an AC in leaving room but not in bedrooms. But with fans we made it work and cooled down the place enough to sleep. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast. Overall a great place to stay in S Maria N. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you! Overall

We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very well located and spacious. It was very well appointed with big rooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the piazza. It was sometimes a bit noisy early in the morning with street cleaning but the apartment was quite well soundproofed with windows shut. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is great for exploring Cagliari.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze) as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in Anna‘s place! The view from the balcony was a pleasure to wake up to every morning and the proximity to the very charming beach nearby was perfect. Tortolì itself was the perfect base for us on the east coast and made for a very relaxing trip. Anna was friendly, responsive and understanding when a missed turn led to us arriving later than planned. We would recommend Anna‘s place to others!

Giuseppe is a welcoming host, we enjoyed the drinks, parmesan, basil left in the fridge when we arrived late. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. A very good place.

We had a great stay. The apartment is furnished to make you feel good. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Communication was impeccable. However, you need a rental car to explore the area in the best possible way.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is lovingly furnished and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right by the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit outside. The only disadvantage (the landlord can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which did not stop even on Easter and Sundays.
