The house is completely isolated just 500 meters from the small village and 2 km from the Roccaforte di Civitella del Tronto. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape, lie on the lawn to sunbathe, take a dip in the pool or gaze at the stars. Light a fire for the barbecue and eat outdoors. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
