Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
