Apartment in Midcoast Maine

Annette’s place is a great find if you need a place to stay while you explore the Maine countryside. She was great about instructions on finding the house and getting us settled in. Her place was convenient to Damariscotta and the many other wonderful towns in that region of Maine. We will look to stay again if we vacation in the area.

Instructions on how to find were clear and prevented us from driving in circles due to incorrect location on gps. Cabin was easy to check in and clean. Location was perfect for our trip plans and provided great scenery! 10/10 recommend.

1BR dog-friendly cottage along the ocean

The cottage is sweet, rustic, very private and has a beautiful view. Probably the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed. Had some issues with the water at the end of the week but the local team was super helpful once we got to them.

Cushmans Cottage on Marshall Point Lighthouse Road

The Cushman Cottage is spectacular! Rosemary’s attention to detail: everything you need to cook delicious meals, high quality linens, towels, blankets, spotless throughout the cottage made this cottage my go to for respite. The opportunity to purchase fresh fish across the street at the co-op, a short ride to Rockland and Camden, spectacular sunrises and sunsets provided the perfect setting to escape from the daily grind. Thanks Rosemary for all you did to make my time away from the daily grind extra special and memorable.
An open door frames a view of a harbor, revealing greenery and outdoor decking. Light enters the cottage, highlighting a lamp and framed artwork nearby, while the inviting scene outside suggests a peaceful setting.

Historic Cottage w/ Harbor View

We had a great stay at the Tea House. The views are lovely from the deck. We enjoyed Port Clyde and appreciated that it's a little off the beaten track since we were there in the height of the tourist season. You can walk to the ferry that takes you over to Mohegan Island. It was a great find!
An open living area is highlighted by soaring wooden beams and warm pine paneling. A large weathered-wood dining table sits centrally, accompanied by chairs. Light floods in through multiple windows, and a cozy seating arrangement with a fireplace is visible in the background.

We rented the house for our wedding/gathering for the wedding party and it was an amazing experience!! The property was cozy and allowed us and our from out of state to really experience what Maine has to offer!! This is the type of property where you go to unplug from everything and anything you’re trying to get away from. The decor in the house was on point and just the perfect Maine getaway!! Beds were comfy amenities were simple. Hard to find with gps but that’s the point of a Maine getaway! Ample parking, tons of space for couples to separate but also living room space was perfect to share stories of the day!! Thank you for opening your home to us 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
