The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood only 500 meters to the Kalmarsund Park's lovely swimming areas/ exercise tracks. The space Bedroom with double bed 180 cm ( 2 single beds 90 cm) In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, stove, oven and other household utensils. Bathroom with shower. Lovely Balcony with outdoor furniture facing quiet garden.

Cabin close to nature on Öland!

Cabin on our property, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to much. Sleeps 6, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. About 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to the Öland bridge. 30 km to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Please bring shower towel and own bed linen! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

In a leafy secluded location, yet central and close to Öland nature, playground and shop you will find our wonderful cottage. It has much of the old charm left, but many parts are renovated. On the plot, there is a gazebo and several other natural patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. The cottage has a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The guest house has a living room and a bedroom with up to four beds and a bathroom with shower.

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
