Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

We had a wonderful stay in Greta's cabin, the property was exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome from the family. The location was perfect and we (2 adults and 2 children (9 & 5)) spent many hours on and around the water, which was very peaceful and serene. The house was nice and the stay was good. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Make sure to double check the pricing when booking. After the stay we came to understanding that host set the "winter season price" in the listing. So we were asked to pay in addition.

The only thing we regret about our stay is that we only had one night here. What a find. It’s the ultimate glamping experience in a stunning national park (the autumn leaves are stunning) and less than a two hour drive from Vilnius. Our family of four comfortably stayed in the larger dome, warmed by internal fire box and slept well in the comfortable bed. The adjoining hot tub (fire powered) was a delight. Soaking amongst the trees looking out to the lake is hard to beat. The hosts are amazing and certainly make all aspects of the stay hassle free and enjoyable. BYO food etc but you are still only 10-15 mins from a supermarket and some basic eateries in the nearest town. It’s a beautiful park of the world and I couldn’t think of a more fun way to experience it.

The listing name really tells the truth - an absolute fairy tale!! From the lodge windows you can see the creek and drink your morning coffee on its shore was the perfect experience! 😊 It was clean, tidy, very peaceful. Absolutely everything you could need during your stay was provided. We had some troubles trying to warm up the lodge but Ala was very willing to help us and make sure our experience was perfect🩷
