Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The apartment is simply wonderful, clean, comfortable, sanitized, in a very quiet place of Capivari, the main tourist spot. Even without the presence of the hosts on site, the service at the concierge was impeccable the delivery of the key, the guidelines and the whole step-by-step were clear and very easy. Congratulations to the entire team for the organization and efficiency! The welcome letter we received brought even more positive energy to our stay. What a perfect choice we did! The apartment is well lit, well-equipped kitchen, hot shower and with plenty of pressure. The condominium is well organized, always very clean and with friendly employees willing to help.

Organized place, easy access,near some sights, being possible to do it on foot. We loved the stay and the promptness of Mr. Sidney that made us very comfortable!!

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my brothers, I felt very safe inside the building. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach is also within walking distance and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to return because we only did a round trip! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towels.

Simply amazing, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

The place was as described. The host was very responsive via what's app and gave great recommendations. I wouldn't classify the neighborhood/location as "beautiful", but it was close to the center with the car.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

Great location, accommodation just like the photo, it was very peaceful.
