Washer & dryer. 1 minute from the Ferry Terminal. 2-3 minutes from the Harbor. Walk anywhere in town - grocery store and coffee shop in the same parking lot. Really close to the two museums, college, civic center, ferry terminal and visitor center. Views out of every window.
