Perfect place to stay with friends and family, large living room and dining table. Quiet in the countryside and close to the super market, I recommend it!

The apartment is quietly located in a purely residential area and is well maintained. Jacky and Nicole are very friendly and helpful hosts. They live in the same building and are easily accessible. Shops for your daily needs are within walking distance. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach.

Impeccable accommodation, ultra clean, functional, very modern furniture, the decoration is tastefully taken care of. The kitchen is so nice. The provision of books, board games or toys for toddlers is very much appreciated. For us, there was nothing missing. This is a lovely little house. Bravo to the owner. Perfect accommodation for a small family, the children can play in the garden. Super furnished and very clean. By car you can reach all beaches etc. very quickly. Top location...we felt very comfortable.

Perfect flexibility for check-in and checkout. Very beautiful house in a quiet area, perfectly matches the descriptions. Very nice welcome with small gift basket. Very good living spaces, living room, very well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and good bedding. In short, we recommend it, we will return to this rental for our next stay in the Basque country.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome, showing us all the amenities and controls. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and it is only a short drive to the local beaches. Would heartily recommend.

We were delighted at Xavier's house. The location is perfect and the surroundings of the house with the garden and super nice golf.

We really enjoyed our stay and this was a perfect stop on our travels. Pablo was friendly and professional. The studio was extremely clean. We were provided with everything we needed and the space was very well designed. We had a lovely dip in the pool after a long drive and relaxed on the terrace. Marc's apartment was very well located, few steps away from the city center and the large beach. We were able to discover great restaurants on the same street. The street is rather calm. We had a lovely stay and thank Marc for the welcome and availability. This place is a rare find if you want to spend a few days in Biarritz and be close to the city center!

Very nice apartment, outdoor space. Well located, 5 minutes by car from the center of Biarritz. Good communication with Estelle, easy check-in. We would recommend it.

Despite the language barrier (we don't speak Spanish) very good welcome. Idioia and her husband are very kind. The accommodation was impeccable. They had even planned some small intentions in view of our arrival (coffee, small cake etc...) a little extra, they delivered bread behind the door every morning. We recommend it.

Lovely apartment with a balcony view of the marina. Nicely appointed kitchen. Clean and comfy. Our host was quickly responsive to all communications and very helpful. Jean Jacque even delivered a package we had sent from a previous place that we stayed in France. Saint Jean de Luz was very warm when we were there, as the temperatures outside were in the 80s Fahrenheit - the fan provided by the host was greatly appreciated!

Our stay went very well. The place was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating out. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity to the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

The "Le Panti" is located in a quiet side street of Hendaye. It has all the necessary comfort and is well equipped. I spent 2 nights there on my bike trip and felt very comfortable. Marie Jeanne is a warm, courteous host and a cheerful lady. I thoroughly enjoyed her invitation to an afternoon refreshment and the nice conversation with her. If you want personal contact but also privacy, then this address is the right place. Clear recommendation.

We entered a real private apartment upstairs in the impeccably kept house. The hospitality of the hosts was great. Small gifts and surprises throughout our stay.
