Un confortevole e ampio appartamento a trullo immerso nella natura, ideale per 4/5 persone, dotato di una stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale con spazio apposito per un lettino aggiuntivo; nella zona soggiorno invece è possibile trovare un comodo divano letto a due piazze. In cucina sono presenti tutti i tipi di confort necessari, in cui è possibile anche vedere un tipico esempio di camino antico. Il bagno è in stile antico ma con l'aggiunta di una lavatrice. La piscina è condivisa.

Trulli di famiglia restaurati con amore dai proprietari Andrea ingegnere e Agata architetto nell' anno 2020 Piscina esterna lunga 25 metri con una zona idromassaggio ed una zona di bagnasciuga. Puo' ospitare 6 persone con tre stanze da letto e tre bagni ,a richiesta divano letto 150 €/giorno per due persone e lettino/culla. Nella stanza da letto luxury (residenza estiva di un vescovo nel 1794) c'è una minipiscina con idromassaggio ed un hammam (aperto 1 novembre 30 marzo ) a pagamento

Luxurious villa with garden + pool. Safe for kids.

This is a wonderful place all year round. The pool, fence-protected, is open from April through October. The central garden and pool area are shared with the other house on the plot (a traditional Trullo house which sleeps 4. Garden, pool and pool area are very generously sized, in order to offer enough space to each party, in case both houses are occupied. We are confident we can recommend this property to anyone, including families with small children.

Trullo with swimming Pool in Puglia - Alberobello

Outside there is a panoramic roof terrace from which to admire the trulli of Alberobello and, at ground level an outside dining area with barbecue. The large pool has a hydromassage with steps and it is equipped with loungers, umbrellas and an outdoors shower. (The pool's depth is 140-160 cm, good for children). Surrounding the property are olive, pomegranate and cherry trees and flower beds to add colour to the already spectacular setting.

The villa comprises of large living area with kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom. Outside there is the pool with Jacuzzi, 2 hot water showers, large sunbathing area, sitting area, dining table. Complete the outside three uncovered parking spaces and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. A midweek cleaning (Wednesday) is included in the cost with towels change.
