Karolina's apartment is great. It has everything for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Karolina is great and very quick to respond to us and to solve problems. We had a little problem in one of the bathrooms and Karolina responded and resolved it right away. Thank you very much also to the caretaker, always very quick and polite.

Our stay was simply wonderful, from start to finish. Carol welcomed us and she is of unparalleled education and charisma, the house was very clean and everything very organized. The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. Mario's house is a unique space, with a lot of affection and care in every detail. His and his wife's reception is amazing, flexibility and a lot of humanization! Very well-equipped kitchen and tableware, large and very airy living room. The rooms each have their own charm, standard bedding and are very comfortable. Waking up to the view from the master suite is magnificent, seeing the pool, the sea, the sun rising and the birds singing. The exterior of the house is a love affair, as it has the perfect integration of the house with the pool and barbecue, and the little gate that leads directly to the beach sand. Very convenient for those who are going on a family trip, children and the elderly. I took my 95-year-old great-grandmother and my grandmother to celebrate her 80th birthday, the house was perfect for their mobility and integration with the beach. We travel between March 16 and 26, 2025. We very much liked the place, the accommodations correspond to the photos, we felt at home, all very clean and well prepared to welcome us. The kindness and willingness of hosts to point out nearby locations was very important for locality satisfaction. We had markets, pharmacies and shops in general very close together with access to the beach stalls. I recommend it to everyone and I hope to return soon.

A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host, given that due to my flight schedules I had to check in late, she helped us and made our arrival easy without any problems. The apartment is just like the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. A point to highlight is the tranquility of the area and the security of the condominium, with quick and close access to bars, restaurants, and meters from a beautiful beach. We had a great stay at the house, close to the beach, markets,restaurants and pharmacy, whenever we needed assistance were available, pool and amenities of the house are great, we would definitely come back! The only complaint is that the air conditioner and the refrigerator were leaking water and need to be reviewed.

Our stay was peaceful, we were well received by Roger and his mother, a quiet place to rest with the birds singing, near the center of the camp, just a 10-minute walk.

I highly recommend Residence Pé na Areia!!! Beautiful and cozy place. It really is “feet in the sand,” because the beach is the backyard. Super clean and organized house. Sufficient, clean and high-quality bed and bath linens. Comfortable beds. Marco is attentive and helpful. He always assisted us efficiently. The staff are very polite. I felt safe, as the condominium is closed and there is a guard at night. And on top of that, there's the “being in Bahia” that I love so much.

The day I confirmed the reservation, Renise already made contact. The house was released as soon as the cleaning was finished, as we arrived early in Porto Seguro. When we arrived, I received very clear instructions to pick up the keys and gate control. The house was super clean and organized. Clean and organized refrigerator and cabinets. Beds with clean linens and towels as well. Oh, and despite having air conditioning, the house is super ventilated and with daylight radiating into all the rooms. I felt at home.
