From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . It was fantastic for us! Especially the motorcycle parking in front of the apartment in the lockable area was of course perfect!

A dream in the middle of nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first days almost alone on the small property. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with 1.5 year old child worked great here. Playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

Mario is very nice and takes care of everything. We were allowed to harvest the remnants of summer from the vegetable garden. Orosei is a beautiful city and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a great week, the accommodation is in a very good location with a beautiful beach within walking distance and not crowded. Other beautiful beaches are quite close by car with free parking and few people too (which is rare in Sardinia). Good restaurant nearby. Very well equipped, the accommodation was also extremely clean! We had everything we needed for our 6-month-old baby and despite the exceptional heatwave in June, the air conditioning worked very well. The welcome was very warm and family-like despite the language barrier, we really enjoyed the kindness of our hosts. Thanks!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Overall a lovely villa. Large lounge area and sheltered outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards the sea. Huge swimming pool and a large secure garden. Beautiful and well equipt barbeque area. Could not find cushions for the plastic loungers and a sun shade.The stay at the villa could benefit from Wifi.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

We just had a great stay at Dominique's place. The house, within a serviced apartment, was a pleasant surprise, very clean, well-appointed and a nice view of the sea and the swimming pool. It provides all necessary amenities. On the residence itself we cannot be objective because having stayed at the end of October, nothing was open. Foxi manna beach is a 3kms drive away, one restaurant bar was still open. This is the closest beach to the residence with fine sand. We'd love to come back in high season. The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely place to stay.

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier by arrangement with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. An absolute dream is the olive grove with outdoor kitchen behind the house. You can't decide where you want to eat because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. Do not expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and does not take everything with it. That's not a problem, you can run it for extra cleanliness, that's enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time with Alessio! We felt immediately welcome and at home. He gives great and good advice and is all the time available. When there was a little problem he solves it immediately. We also went on a boattrip with him and his sun to see the great beaches of the Baunei. He knows the right places to go and fixed for a little extra price drinks and lunch at the beach. His house is of walking distance of the beach and the little village where you find all you need . We were there 5 nights and I will sure try to go back to his place when I go back to Sardinië . Alessio and his son are really nice , honest people . Thank you for the great time we had . We had very nice days in Maria's apartment. We felt comfortable from the first moment. Maria had provided us with a few things in the fridge, which were tailored to our personal situation. From the large balcony, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. The bed is comfortable. And the kitchen superbly equipped. A supermarket is available right next to it. Beach bar, ice cream parlor, restaurants and playground are also within walking distance. Maria is super responsive and responds quickly. It was a lovely time at her place. Thank you again for that.

We spent a week at Antonio's place. The house has a very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay there. The house is well equipped with everything. There's one A/C in the whole unit (in living/dining room) but it was enough for us to cool down the whole house. The house is very centrally located, so there will be some people traffic around, especially in the evening hours, but it didn't affect us at all. Nice front porch with plenty of space and there's also a little back porch with outside shower and a laundry room with an additional toilet. There is no private parking but it's easy to park anywhere on the streets. We never had a problem. In Santa Maria Navaresse everything is walking distance. It's a tiny village but very peaceful and beautiful. Antonio and his family welcomed us with joy, even though we arrived pretty late into the evening. We also got to taste his home made liquor. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this place.
