Large green areas and private access to the pool and beach. It has access to the Velas 10 restaurant and Velas Market where you can buy what you need and is convenient for your stay.

Everything was perfect, the room was very nice, better than I expected, very large and comfortable rooms, the living room is very nice and its balcony too, very nice area, the security in the building is 24/7, good treatment from the guards, building with elevator, 200 meters away you can find day rentals in front of the sea. No negative comments.

Excellent accommodation in the best area Exclusive to Tampico, the host was always attentive to everything, just one detail at the beginning but it was resolved in a short period of time, I recommend this place if you require privacy and exclusivity, we will definitely return.

The apartment is perfect for 8 guests, the view is beautiful, everything was luxurious, screens and climates in all the rooms, very nice decoration details, terrace with ocean views and dining room, the swimming pool very large and with ocean views, the building employees are very friendly. As a recommendation they arrive with a good supply of supermarket so as not to go out and enjoy their stay all the time.

I love it, Super Clean, very Good Taste, the area is Quiet and Very safe, a few steps from the Beach, it is one of the best accommodations I have stayed in, I definitely recommend it, a few steps from the Restaurant and the shop in the Area
