Monthly Rentals in Tama County

We arrived late and were relieved to see Denise’s place—it is very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. Denise is very responsive and was always available before and during our stay. Grinnell is a great spot with a real downtown and lovely college. Denise’s spot is in walking distance to both. The three of us were very comfortable during our stay. The air mattress, by the way, is deluxe. And, the coffee supplies were generous.

It was exactly what I needed and perfect price. The people I met, that I assume live there full time, were very helpful and nice. Had no issues with Denices instructions.

Wife and myself were on a getaway for a day trip along Highway 30 and stayed in Belle Plaine. Ery quiet surroundings. House was spotless and very clean. Bed was very comfortable as were the couches. We relaxed in the back yard and was entertained by a family of bunnies.

It was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and perfect area for kiddos! The host was very nice and we definitely recommend!
