Nýuppgert 80 fm hús við sjóinn. Húsið er staðsett 2 km frá þorpinu í firðinum, 1 km frá sundlauginni og 2 km frá Pollinum (náttúrupottar sem eru ókeypis og opnir 24/7). Í húsinu eru tvö svefnherbergi, í öðru er hjónarúm sem hægt er að taka í sundur og í hinu er koja sem rúmar tvo fullorðna og eitt barn. Í stofunni er svefnsófi. Leikföng og bækur eru í húsinu og það því hentugt fyrir fjölskyldur. Tálknafjörður er hentugur staður til að gista á - stutt í margar helstu náttúruperlur Vestfjarða.
