Here you live with hiking trails just around the corner and Vänern's beautiful swimming areas just a few kilometers away. From the furnished balcony, you have a front-row view of nature – moose, deer and foxes often pass by. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening at sunset. In addition, Hammarö golf course is only a short drive away.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
