New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Wonderful and cozy cottage! Quiet and close to nature with a few minutes walk to Lake Vänern. We were here in the winter so sitting in the armchairs in front of the fireplace was very luxurious. It has everything you need and we didn't miss anything. We sat in the hammock in the garden admiring a starry sky. A place to get back to! Thank you 😃

Staffan's house is in a lovely location just a short walk from the lake, which can be easily accessed. The three cottages are very comfortable and characteristic. Gunnar and his wife are super nice hosts. They are really friendly and supportive. They gave me a lot of recommendations what I could do - all worth it. The (tiny) house, the terrace and the garden are beautiful! It´s an absolutely great place to stay. I hope I can come back one day! Anke
