It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.

Very nice apartment arranged by an architect on the second and top floor of a building that was once a prosperous brewery on the port of Dinan. All modern comforts available, TV, WiFi, sitting area, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee, toaster, microwave etc...). Beds are made, cleaning is included. Many restaurants are nearby, bakery, walking, boat, bike, little train... €10 supplement if pet.

Home near Dinan (3 minutes ) and Lancieux beach (15 minutes), it will allow you to discover our beautiful Côtes d 'Armor region. Our place is quiet, and adjoins our main house but you will be totally independent. A terrace on the back of the accommodation will allow you to enjoy the invigorating air of Brittany. It has two bathrooms and 4 beds and a sofa (not convertible). We are available for any further information.
