The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

A private terrace with panoramic views of the city, monuments, the Dordogne Valley, castles and prestigious vineyards. 15 minutes from Libourne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from the Atlantic Coast. Close to local shops, restaurants, entertainment and public parking. It is suitable for all types of travelers (tourism/business)

My accommodation is close to the golden triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), the Mériadeck shopping center, line A of the tram (train station-airport), bike stations... Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will enjoy it! Your place is suitable for business travelers, a couple with 1 child max or 3 adults without children. It is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Parking is located in the courtyard and is secure. We are bilingual (English) and can help you discover the region.

Located at the end of a typical stone farmhouse of the Entre-Deux-Mers, not overlooked, this country house offers a panorama of the meadows surrounding the small hamlet of three houses. A nice little cocoon to enjoy the Bordeaux region and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis! Bordeaux is 30 minutes by car, 1 hour to the Bassin d 'Arcachon, 30 minutes to St Emilion! The house has a very cozy small terrace and an inflatable spa for hot summer days!
