Vacation rentals with a patio in 't Zand

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

The tiny house is thoughtfully designed and has everything you’ll need during your stay in Haarlem. Bas was a communicative host and made sure that I felt right at home.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. The location is perfect; close to town but super peaceful. Anke is a brilliant host and makes you feel most welcome.

We particularly liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. We had a great time! There was room for everyone! Dogs are welcome. There's a beautiful beach nearby! The sauna was a real plus! And the children gave carrots to the rabbits every day!

The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping the ordinary. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We felt very comfortable in Urusula's accommodation. The garden was a dream for us and absolutely perfect for our dog. The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Within a few minutes you can be on the beach by car and have plenty of peace and quiet around the accommodation if needed. The communication with Ursula was perfect. We had forgotten important personal items in the accommodation and Ursula immediately sent them to us by mail. It is absolutely not self-evident. Thank you so much, Ursula! Overall highly recommended!

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

Communication was great, Janine proactively gave tips and responded quickly! The surroundings are very quiet and dignified, great for a day trip to Texel! We rented e-bikes from the nearby Hotel Beatrix. Delivered super :) the accommodation is really great, could have been cleaned better in two or three places (hair in the bathroom cabinet, some cobwebs, almost empty soap in the toilet downstairs). Otherwise everything is fine, happy to come back!:)

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating areas, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the road and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better hostess! Thanks again for everything! Also for the nice welcome greeting! It's been a great time!

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

Roeland is a great host. His place is sparkling clean, well modern furnished. It has all amenities you need, not to mention the private parking in front of your door, so convenient! I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!
