Pet-friendly vacation rentals in 't Zand

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

Inside of the house was very clean .All appliances that were offered worked fine. I liked his pet animals.

What a fantastic lcation to relax en enjoy a peacefull vacation. Lovely place to spend 2 days with our dogs. Also a great host, easy going and helpfull. If you are passing by it is worth the stay.

We (5 friends+1 dog) had very nice days at the place. Great quiet rural location - surrounded by nature. Nevertheless, the way to Amsterdam is quick and easy (small tip: there is a ferry). Victor and his wife are very friendly and uncomplicated. So if you need some peace but still want to quickly get to the city or do other activities, this is the place to be. Edam and Volendam are also highly recommended. In addition, a day trip to the North Sea is also worthwhile ;-) We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to use the wonderful accommodation of Nittert & family for four nights - we would have preferred not to leave. What a lucky strike: from the loving, detailed furnishings of all rooms, to the large, perfectly equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room, to the well-maintained, lushly planted garden, where you could sit and read in peace... Such a kind of hospitality is not a matter of course. We were happy and grateful and very enthusiastic :-) We'd love to come back anytime!

Great place and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything worked out for us ☀️

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

We had a lovely stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Great Host and great Stay. Easy Kommunikation. We did go sailing with a skipper the host kindly arranged for us, wich was a great experience.

We spent 10 wonderful days of our honeymoon in this beautiful house and it was just perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, cozily decorated and we didn't miss anything. We particularly liked the fenced garden, which was ideal for our dog - he could move freely while we sat outside relaxed. A real highlight was the hot pod. Thanks to Martha and Paul's detailed and friendly description, the use was super easy and everything worked perfectly. Especially in the evening, it was a fantastic addition to our vacation. Martha and Paul were always available, incredibly warm and helpful, you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely be happy to come back. It was the perfect place for us to unwind and enjoy our honeymoon.

Our stay can be described in one word: EXCELLENT!!! Maaike is a great host! She is easily approachable, is incredibly welcoming. Her service is beyond amazing! We know one thing for sure, we'd love to come back here again!

Very nice house and great environment. You can quickly reach the beach and visit beautiful cities nearby. The house is very well maintained and the outdoor area was relaxing for us and our dog. So: a clear recommendation!

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful apartment. Any luxury you want is available. There is much to do in the beautiful surroundings. Communication with the host went without problems. Highly recommended!

Frank welcomed us warmly in his great apartment and gave us a nice little tour of the premises. He was available 24/7 and had even given us various tips and excursion destinations before arrival, which were tailored to our preferences. The apartment was neat, clean and there was really NOTHING missing! The area is nice and quiet, few tourists and a beautiful, clean and spacious beach. Perfect also for our dog. Our highlight was the nearby town of Alkmar with its market and also the CSD Pride Parade on the water, which we happened to come across. Absolutely recommended and super nice residents. All in all our stay was perfect. It couldn't have been better and we are sad that the short vacation is already over. We will definitely come back if we felt right at home. We spent the Pentecost weekend in the cozy house of Dicky. Communication was very friendly both before arrival and throughout our stay and everything worked smoothly. Everything you need for a vacation on the North Sea is available in the house. We especially liked the cozy dining area overlooking the garden. The location is also great, you could easily walk to the center of Callantsoog and to the beach. All in all we had a great stay!

By far the coolest air bnb I have ever stayed at! It provides you with everything you need to feel like you’re camping while still cozy and comfortable. Laura is also an incredible host that is always prepared to assist in any way. It was also fun learning about the story of the bus as they have it printed inside when you arrive. Overall, an incredible experience that I would recommend to all! I’m also quite tall and had no problem with the space, just a reference for some other people!
