Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Syracuse

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We had a lovely stay at Sebastianos villa with our two young children. The villa was great, very peaceful and relaxing and it had eveything needed for our stay, including a nice bottle of wine to help us ease in! The hosts were really friendly and responsive when we had any questions - communication was super throughout. There were some lovely beaches a short drive away and a local beach and restaurants in walking distance. Also plenty of supermarkets a short drive away that were very convenient. We'd highly recommend staying here and thank our hosts for a brillaint stay!

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! The house is beautiful, typical Sicilian, welcoming and cared for in every detail. There's everything you need... and even something more! The location is good, convenient for visiting the area, and there is also parking right outside the house, very convenient. The owners were extremely kind, helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommended, we felt really at home!

A very pretty house right in front of the beautiful beach. Very comfortable and friendly host If I go to Siracusa again, I definitely want to stop by again!

Perfect vacation; Titti made us feel immediately at ease. We were five adults and everyone had their own space; the thing that struck us most was the absolute dedication of the owner to the daily care of the beautiful and large garden. For those who love rocks, there is direct access to the sea, and for beach lovers, it can be reached in a ten-minute walk. Definitely a positive experience.

Upon our arrival we found the house very clean both inside and outside and the owners, Antonella and Sergio, left us some very welcome drinks in the fridge (it never happens!) The house is stocked with everything you need in both the bathrooms and the kitchen (even coffee pods!) and the spaces are very comfortable. The garden has a shower that allows you to wash in total privacy and we really appreciated it, as well as the water purifier that avoids heavy purchases at the supermarket. In addition, the location of the house is strategic for visiting the most beautiful places in this part of eastern Sicily. Antonella and Sergio are extraordinary people: scrupulous, always available and generous. We'll be back to see you… both the apartment and the hosts deserve 5 stars!

The place is lovely overlooking the mountains and in a great location with easy drive into Siracusa, Noto, Avola etc. it is also close to lovely beaches. Priscilla is super helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants! One thing to note is that the property is just off a busy road so you will hear road traffic when sitting outside or having windows open.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is just a few steps from the archaeological park, which makes it the ideal place for those who want to attend shows at the Greek theater. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay, four adults and our 8-month old baby. Nice apartment close to Marzamemi, a cozy old fishing village with lots of nice restaurants! Communication with Laura was exceptional and she was so kind with us. Thank you so much for having us!
