Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance to water

A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse, is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements of the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed- most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of older date, which has been continuously renovated.

First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

The house is on a hilly terrain in with lots of trees and "wild on purpose". It's quiet ! You will experience the house bright, romantic and cozy lying on a large nature plot of 1400 m2. The house is of older date, small but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the grounds there is a fire pit and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the wooden crowns may also be tempted to play and coziness. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace so you can always sit in shelter and shelter .

"Peter Dolmen's house" - charming detached holiday home with magnificent sea views and a unique location of 60m2 on one level. Nice little wooden log-house located very convenient and near a lot of Denmarks tourist attractions, containing everything from fishing, -museums, amusement parks, - city life, - and old tall ships. Beaches are convenient located towards the east,west,and south within 7-9 Km. Golf courses are located very close by and is open year round. The local safari park is located only 3 km away, and is a lot of fun for kids. Legoland is 1:10 mins away
