Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment adjacent to our house, with 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Queen Anne Boutique In Tiffin's Frost Village

Enjoy the comfort and fun of staying in a boutique décor home within a marvelously restored sprawling Queen Anne, circa 1880s, situated in Frost Village, a small neighborhood of conterminous renovated historic houses, situated near scenic Frost Parkway which hugs the Sandusky River. A short walk across the 1930s Washington Street Bridge takes guests into the heart of downtown Tiffin with a cluster of restaurants, shops, the Ritz Theater & East Green. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This property is located on 10 acres with a pond and pool,private neighborhood and close to restaurants and downtown. This pool is on private property(not open to the public) however it is shared with the owners as well as our other guests. Anyone who is staying is welcome to use it.
