Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. The terrace offers a table and grill for pleasant lunches and dinners surrounded by a suggestive panorama. Sun, meadows, woods and mountains will accompany your walks while starry skies will accompany your evenings.

Da Gionni farmhouse, Cavagnago

Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 meters above sea level), this typical farmhouse of the Leventina Valley offers an incredible view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of Alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful hikes on foot, by bike and winter sports.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.
