There are two reserved parking bays in the adjacent private car park. The location is perfect for water sport lovers, blue-flagged Gyllyngvase Beach offers safe swimming waters as well as SUP and Kayak hire.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

This place is a hidden gem and Peter and Fran are absolute stars of kindness. The house has a spacious garden where I could peacefully walk my cat. It was spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The location is perfect, close to many beautiful spots, coastal walks, and some of the best towns in Cornwall. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I stayed here whilst visiting family locally. The room and ensuite were immaculately clean very comfortable and nicely furnished. The shower was huge and worked well. There was the added bonus of a microwave minifridge plates bowls and utensils giving the flex to eat out or grab food in. Wifi worked well. All very welcome as I stayed on my own. Amelia was very welcoming and kind when I needed help with a medical issue. The room was superb value compared to local hotels. I also used the train from penmere making falmouth town and truro easy to get to and taxis were cheap easy and friendly. Highly recommend.

The apartment was so stylish spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean and the extras like prosecco and milk in the fridge were a welcoming touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary use of the hotel pool which was only a short stroll away. I look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Falmouth.

Sarelle was a wonderful host, friendly, warm and welcoming. The house was beautifully decorated, peaceful and spotlessly clean in a lovely neighbourhood very close to a stunning little beach and nature reserve. I had a perfect holiday staying with Sarelle, her daughter and adorable dog, Gwenna. Its the perfect base to explore Falmouth and the wider area! Thank you very much for providing a calm, safe and comfortable home from home. It was a pleasure to meet you x
