Monthly Rentals in Swain

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

My family really enjoyed staying here for the eclipse! The house is a duplex and is very easy to find. We comfortably slept 6 and had enough common space to share. The kitchen was well equipped and felt homey. Every bed had clean sheets, and the bathroom had a good stack of clean towels. The place is a short walk/ drive right to the ski slope. I would love to come back in the winter. There was a tv in each bedroom as well as the living room. Overall, I would totally recommend the place - 20 minute drive to Letchworth, 20 minutes to Wegmans, and 1 minute to the ski slope!

A great place to spend some time with family and friends and also for the couples for a romantic getaway. Loved staying at their place, and one of the most beautiful and coziest airbnb we encountered so far. The house surrounded by nature is a dream for a city people like us! We had a great time. Thank you, Kevin. The host really active in solving out our queries. We are planning to visit again during falls. ❤️
